This morning I was driving home after yet another trip to a school district administrative office to pick up some papers for subbing. I was on a residential street when I noticed a man dressed in walking clothes, walking down the sidewalk as if for exercise...playing the bagpipes.
If that doesn't fall into the "Something You Don't See Every Day" caetegory, then I don't know what does.
